Students are advised that during exam shutdown they are required to:

Check the date, time and room.
Be on time.
Produce a medical report and complete an AARA application for any absence – AARA documentation can be found at: https://miamishs.eq.edu.au/our-school/rules-and-policies/access-arrangements-and-reasonable-adjustments-aara
Wear their full school uniform.
Students are not to remain at school following the completion of a scheduled assessment item, unless they are studying in the library or supervised outside a staffroom.
