Queensland Mental Health Week helps us to value mental health: Our own mental health and wellbeing, that of our loved ones, friends and colleagues, at home, at work and at play. Mental health impacts everybody in one way or another so it’s important to value not only our own mental health but those around us as well. 

If you or a loved one is suffering from mental health problems see your GP or access one of the many support agencies now available such as Lifeline​ or Headspace.
